Who we are
UX Quest is a gamified UX-learning app. These terms govern your use of the app and website. If you have questions, contact us at hello@uxqst.com.
Using the service
- You can try one free preview challenge without an account. Playing the rest of the library requires a free account, which needs a valid email.
- You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
- Don't misuse the service: no scraping, reverse-engineering, reselling access, or attempting to bypass the Pro paywall.
- Content you submit (screenshots, notes, portfolio entries) must be yours to share and must not infringe anyone else's rights.
Pro subscription & billing
- Pro unlocks Intermediate & Advanced challenge tracks, Community, and the full Resources library. Beginner stays free.
- Pro is billed monthly or annually, in advance, via Paddle.com Market Limited, our reseller. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for your purchase and handles payment processing, VAT/GST, and invoicing.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period, with no partial refund for the unused portion (see our Refund Policy).
- Prices vary by region (currently India, Germany, and the rest of the world) and may change with notice.
Intellectual property
The challenges, exercises, branding, and app design are owned by UX Quest (or licensed to us). You keep ownership of the work you submit, but grant us a licence to store and display it back to you (e.g. in your portfolio) as part of operating the service.
AI mentor feature
If you use the AI mentor review, your submitted screenshots and notes are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate feedback, as described in our
Privacy Policy. Don't submit content you don't have the right to share.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is." We aim for it to be useful and reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Ending your account
You can stop using the service, or delete your account via Settings, at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
Changes
We may update these terms; we'll revise the "last updated" date above when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
